What I Do!!
My name is Dinesh, and I’m a System administrator at ZiniosEdge Software Technologies, Bangalore. I’ve been with ZiniosEdge since 0ctober 7- 2022. In my role, I serve as the IT specialist for all of the departments of our company. My main focus is to ensure that we have the latest and best technology such as Office 365 Admin, cloud computing on Azure, Active directory, server management, hardware management, which allows me to provide the best IT service possible.
My Work Experience ( 2+ years)

OCTOBER 2022 - Present
- Inventory management and asset maintenance, ticketing tool
- Office 365 admin – User management, Policies, Licenses, MFA, etc
- Outlook issues – Spam issue, raising ticket with Microsoft ,outlook storage , etc
- •VPN server – PF Sense, User management , VPN installation on Mac & Windows machines, Black & whitelist websites
- Azure services
- Resolving clients issues related to O365
Ducom Instruments, Bangalore
FEBRUARY 2022- SEPTEMBER 2022
- Worked as a Network Engineer and providing IT support in Ducom Instrument Private Limited.
- Network troubleshooting, Backup maintenance ,Proxy Server, Static & DHCP, Cloud Computing, etc.
- Windows Server 2012 r2 service maintenance along with Active Directory users Domain and Workgroup control
- Complete Network Setup and architecture in organization
